As an Executive

Currently I’m the Head of Devlopment and Production at Yes, Norman Productions, where we have an overall deal at Warner Television. Previously I was a partner at Le Train Train productions, acting as Head of Development and producing alongside Rashida Jones and Will McCormack, where we had a first look deal at Lionsgate TV.

During my career, I spent 9 years working as a development executive at YouTube Originals. My focus was primarily scripted series, but I also shepherded a number of films and documentaries.

At YouTube, I championed projects like On Becoming A God In Central Florida, Bodied, and the docuseries with Patrisse Cullors called RESIST. I oversaw shows Step Up High Water and Doug Liman's Impulse. During the pandemic I had the privilege of overseeing Life in A Day 2020, a documentary about a single day on Earth with collected footage from thousands of people around the world. I also lead unscripted development with major music artists, shepherding development with Alicia Keys and Migos and acquiring a number of feature films - where I championed theatrical release strategies to accompany the YouTube premiere.

I love working with new talent; I oversaw the YouTube Sundance New Voices Lab, and have been a mentor for up and coming filmmakers through SXSW, NYFF, and the Sloan Foundation, and have served as a juror for SXSW Film Festival, Reel Screen, and the Black List.
